The White Horse Tavern	mead and ale.
New Moon Wood Artistry of Boerne	decorated crosses.
Clara's Vending	deep-fried "cryspes" (dough).
International Community Garden	herb demonstrations and plants for sale.

General Rules for Vendors:

We are looking for vendors with an interest in the time period and the enthusiasm to dress and decorate as merchants did in 1565.

Proceeds from booth rentals and admission fees will benefit the joint programs of St. Francis and Family Service Association.

Faire hours are Saturday, March 3, 2012, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Booths can be set up Friday, March 2, after 3 p.m., and must remain up and running until 6 p.m. Saturday.

Vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas, not at booths.

Booth spaces are 10' by 10'; tents and canopies will not be provided. Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, identification signs or banners, etc.

Vendors are strongly encouraged to dress in period clothing and to decorate their booths in the Renaissance theme.

Security will be provided Friday night, but vendors bear the responsibility for all set-up and security of booths and their contents. Neither St. Francis Episcopal Church nor its representatives will be responsible for loss, damage, or injury of any kind.

Booth Rental Rates:

Craft Booth:

$45 for 10'by 10' space
$35 with regular demonstrations

Food Booth:

$50 for 10'x10' space

Electricity:

$10 extra (limited availability)
